Selection data for modelling the distribution of key Mediterranean gorgonians

This dataset includes georeferenced data relevant to four Mediterranean gorgonians* Eunicella singularis, Eunicella cavolini, Paramuricea clavata,* and* Corallium rubrum*. It was used to model their habitat suitability index and uncertainty within the Mediterranean shallow and mesophotic depths (< 150 m) together with environmental predictors selected according to their potential relevance for the ecology of these species.
