THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR MODERNIZING THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

This article examines the organizational and economic mechanism for modernizing the agricultural sector and its main structural components. The study focuses on technological renewal in agricultural production, the introduction of innovations, financial support, producers’ capacity to adopt scientific and technological advances, clustering, and digitalization. The institutional development of Uzbekistan’s agricultural sector and the role of organizational and economic instruments in agricultural management are also analyzed. The study demonstrates that the effectiveness of modernization depends not only on the renewal of technical equipment but also on the coordinated functioning of financial, institutional, innovative, digital, and organizational mechanisms as an integrated system. Based on the analysis, the main directions for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of agricultural modernization are identified.
