On the Origins of Mercury's Sodium Exospheric Cold Poles Enhancement: A Multiscale Exosphere Global Model

Na_Column_Density_Surface_*1ML* or*Many_ML*.zip : Contains the Column Density Maps at different True Anomaly Angle. The first number in each file's name represents the year (1,2,...) and the last number in each file's name is the TAA. Each file is a contains 24 columns and 40 rows (respectively for the latitudes and longitudes). (Figure 1 & 3) D_SubsolList_Sub.dat : Contains a list with two columns. The first is the TAA and the second is the rotation between the MSO referential and the East Longitude one. density_TAA_TAA_timsteps.nc : NetCDF files containing the instaneous state of the exosphere at TAA stated in the file name. Contains density, velocity, grids, ... (Figure 2, 4, 5, 6) sub_density_TAA_TAA_timsteps.nc : NetCDF files containing the instaneous state of the subsurface at TAA stated in the file name. Contains density, velocity, grids, ... (Figure 2, 4) MESSENGER data in Figure 6 are available on PDS.
