Dataset for "from single-pixel imaging to scattered light imaging: a practical tutorial"
收藏资源简介:
Scattered light imaging (SLI) measurements of two superimposed 30 µm-thick human optic tract sections (crossing angle approximately 50–60°), used in the tutorial article “From single-pixel imaging to scattered light imaging: a practical tutorial”. For N = 16, 32 and 64 angular illumination segments, complete canonical sequences (one segment per frame, 5 s exposure) and complete binary Hadamard sequences (natural-ordered H⁺ = (H + 1)/2, 0.5 s exposure) were acquired without moving the sample. Files can_N.zip, had_N.zip (N = 16, 32, 64): raw camera frames (TIFF, 5472 × 3648 px), one frame per illumination pattern, in a folder of the same name. Canonical frame j corresponds to segment j; Hadamard frame k to row k of the natural-ordered binary Hadamard matrix (the first frame is the all-segments-on pattern). Segment j lies at a_j = 360·j/N degrees, corresponding to the physical angle (90° − a_j) mod 360°. sli_quick.zip: compact recording of all data that the published analysis reads from the raw frames (43 × 43 binned stacks, four 100 × 100 px regions of interest at full resolution, calibration-region profiles). It enables the quick run of the tutorial notebook without the raw frames. Format: JSON index and NumPy `.npz` arrays (no pickled objects), read by `sli_data.py`. manifest.json: size and MD5 checksum of every zip. The data are downloaded and read automatically by the tutorial notebook: https://github.com/dscheidt567/From-single-pixel-imaging-to-scattered-light-imaging-A-practical-tutorial
