资源简介:
The aim of this study was to describe consequences of uterine disease and associated physiological changes on peripheral leukocyte gene function. The top ranked gene during every rank or error test was PGLYRP1. Its associated metabolite, peptidoglycan recognition protein 1, and other immunomodulatory molecules associated with this study (e.g. CATHL6, LCN2,6 BTLA, IL-17D) are attractive candidates for diagnostic and therapeutic development in that they selectively enhance or alter host innate immune defense mechanisms, and modulate pathogen-induced inflammatory responses.
