Ecuador blackout-exposure atlas and hydropower-shock resilience package

Public-data package accompanying the manuscript “When hydropower fails: a public blackout-exposure atlas reveals distributed resilience gaps in Ecuador and peer electricity systems”. The deposit includes processed blackout-atlas tables, validation matrices, social-timing overlays, cross-country hydropower-shock panel outputs, manuscript source files, compiled PDFs, and reproducibility code in Python and MATLAB. The package is intended to support review, replication and reuse of the analysis.
