Data for: H3K9 methyltransferase asymmetry dictates chromatin fate and bovine SCNT efficiency

Raw and processed data supporting Sampaio et al., “H3K9 methyltransferase asymmetry dictates chromatin fate and bovine SCNT efficiency”. The dataset includes: (i) per-replicate embryo production data (fusion, cleavage and blastocyst rates) for the iALL and isolated-knockdown (iEHMT2, iSUV39H1/2) SCNT experiments; (ii) per-nucleus immunofluorescence intensity measurements of H3K9me2 and H3K9me3 in donor fibroblasts, 8–16-cell embryos and blastocysts; (iii) Western blot band quantification; and (iv) qRT-PCR relative expression data.
