Five-year real-world drug survival of dupilumab in patients with atopic dermatitis: A multicenter retrospective study

While our group previously reported two-year drug survival of dupilumab in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD), there is limited real-world evidence regarding persistence of dupilumab in the long-term beyond this time point. We conducted a 5-year multicenter retrospective review of patients with AD who initiated dupilumab.
