To purify populations of post-replicative male germ cells from adult C57BL/6 testes by dual color DNA staining with Hoechst 33342 and SYTO 16.
Conclusion:
5 distinct populations of cells were isolated to high levels of purity from the testes of a single 3 month old C57BL/6 mouse. Isolated cells were fixed onto microscope slides and immuno-stained for markers to validate the identity of these cells
