Streptomyces aureofaciens Tu117 Genome sequencing. Kitasatospora aureofaciens isolate:laboratory technician

Streptomyces aureofaciens Tu117 is a species of Actinobacteria and produces alpha-lipomycin. The genome of S. aureofaciens Tu117 was sequenced by Single Molecule, Real-Time (SMRT) technology. The low-quality reads were filtered by the SMRT Link v8.0 and the filtered reads were assemblied using software Canu to generate one contig without gaps. Here, we submitted raw data from the sequencing platform. The dataset will be valuable for mining the noble secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters in Streptomyces genome.
