Significant drugs returned with the k=50 HDACi gene signature. The list of significant drugs returned from sscMap using the k=50 HDACi gene signature from the â simulated experimentâ . All 7 known HDAC inhibitors were pulled out, but together with many other drugs, which may or may not related to HDAC inhibition.
