<b>A Dataset of </b><b>HLA-C*06:02 Peptidomes</b>

The dataset provides comprehensive information on HLA-C*06:02 immunopeptidomes of human B cells, consisting of a full list of HLA class-I peptides eluted from four human HLA-C*06:02-homozygous EBV-transformed B cell lines, which was identified by Prof<i>.</i> Andreas Schlosser and Melissa Bernhardt (Rudolf-Virchow-Center, Center for Integrative and Translational Bioimaging, University of Würzburg), as well as HLA-C*06:02 ligands unveiled by Di Marco <i>et al</i>.
