We measure the root length of Col, pin5 and PIN5ox grown on control and high NH4+ medium with or without vanadate by using ImageJ. Furthermore, we also determine the IAA and IAA conjugates content by HPLC and measure the NH4+ and H+ fluxes by NMT system.
