Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Water quality monitoring stations of the Monitoring Control Network (RCS) in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur

Implemented since January 2007, the Monitoring Monitoring Network assesses the general state of the water and its evolution at the level of a basin with 2007 as the base year. The network consists of measuring stations representative of the overall functioning of the water body and is intended to be sustainable. According to the latest report to the European Commission (excluding Mayotte): for quality monitoring, 2 043 stations for surface water and 1,775 stations for groundwater and for groundwater level monitoring (pizometric levels), 1,674 stations.
