Origin data for GWAS on yield and yield-related traits of 192 varieties.

A total of 192 spring wheat genotypes, comprising varieties and breeding lines from different provinces in China, were genotyped using the wheat 90 K iSelect SNP genotyping assay. Those genotypes were planted in Ershi, Shihezi, and Zhaosu, Xinjiang during the crop seasons of 2012 and 2013, and the assessed phenotype included yield (GY), plant height (PH), spike length (SL), spikelet numbers per spike (SNS), productive spikelet rate (PSR), kernel number per spikelet (KNS), kernel number per main spike (KNMS), kernel weight per main spike (KWMS), thousand-grain weight (TKW), and bulk weight (BW).
