主要面向高铁外部环境安全管控需求，提供基于高分卫星遥感图像的沿线隐患监测报告，基于融合气象、环境、高铁、地理信息等综合因素的大风风险指数预报模型，生成高铁沿线大风灾害风险预警服务产品，用于指导高铁运维部门开展针对性巡检工作。

Primarily targeting the safety management and control needs of the external environment of high-speed railways (HSRs), this dataset provides hazard monitoring reports along the railway lines based on high-resolution satellite remote sensing images. Based on a gale risk index forecasting model integrating multiple comprehensive factors including meteorology, environment, high-speed railway, and geographic information, it generates gale disaster risk early warning service products along the high-speed railway lines, which are used to guide the operation and maintenance departments of high-speed railways to carry out targeted inspection work.
