Temporal Mapping of Tumor Development in Mice Reveals Late Onset and Benefits of Heterozygosity - Dataset

This repository contains the raw dataset associated with the following publication, published in the Journal of Experimental Biology: “Temporal Mapping of Tumor Development in Mice Reveals Late Onset and Benefits of Heterozygosity” The raw dataset includes a series of Excel files containing the histopathological diagnoses for each mouse included in the study at the different time points. It also includes the raw .ndpi histology slide files for mice diagnosed with tumours. These image files correspond to the histopathological material provided as supplementary data with the publication. Additional information is provided in a PowerPoint file (Inbred-figure&suppldata.pptx), which details the diagnosis associated with each uploaded .ndpi file.
