The attached data were generated for the development of the research entitled "Patch and landscape features drive fire regime in a Brazilian flammable ecosystem", in which we examined the patterns of spatial and temporal fire regime in a unique flammable protected area of ​​the Brazilian savannah – the Chapada Diamantina National Park (CDNP). In particular, we assessed the wide range of influence of a local and landscape features on two essential components of fire regime (frequency of fire incidence and time since the last fire) aiming to unveil the key drivers explaining the spatial variation of both fire components in contrasted landscapes within the CDNP. We hypothesized that the frequency of fire incidence and the time since the last fire are not randomly distributed across the park, with features at the patch and landscape scale modulating these patterns. We hope that they can contribute to the advancement of knowledge about the ecology and management of fire in flammable ecosystems.
