This dataset contains the genomic position of QTLs in chickpea for phenology and architecture traits generated through three bi-parental F2 populations created by crossing CDC Frontier with ICCV96029, ICC5810 and ICC16644, grown in long day and short day photoperiods in a glasshouse.
