Building zones and state of the superstructure

This dataset shows the legally binding building zone areas according to main use with their state of superstructure. Data bases: This statistic is based on the legally binding construction zones of the municipal use planning and the state of the superstructure according to the overview of the state of the superstructure, the development and the building maturity (UEB). These data bases are the responsibility of the municipality as planning authority (Art. 3 KRG). The area in m² may have rounding differences due to geometric operations and summation. Timeliness: The accuracy of these statistics depends on the timeliness of the data bases and the corresponding tracking rules. For construction zones or main uses, a 30-day follow-up period applies in principle after the zoning has come into force in the planning of use (Art. 20 KGeoIV). The status of the superstructure is subject to the follow-up rules of the overview UEB. These may vary due to various aspects, whereby the data may be several years old (for more information, see Chapter 3 of the data documentation overview UEB and usage reserves).
