Number of spectators at Superlega volleyball games in Italy 2011-2019

From the season 2011/2012 to the season 2018/2019, the number of spectators attending volleyball matches of the Superlega league in Italy increased. In 2011/2012 roughly 400 thousand individuals attended matches of the highest league in Italian professional male volleyball. In 2018/2019, this figure rose to over 463 thousand. However, the highest number of spectators peaked at about 476 thousand in the season 2016/2017.
