Code list - Legal basis - DCJM

The list values in the code list "Legal basis" contain the legal basis (the written rules approved by a legislature) that ensure that a service in the policy fields Culture, Youth, Media, legally exists and can be performed. It concerns the substantive decrees, the implementing decrees and, where relevant, the decrees that provide the means for the related expenditure. In exceptional cases, a service may be directly linked to a federal law. The code list does not contain an overview of amending decrees or implementing decrees (since such regulations leave the original regulations in force).
