## What is its value?
Spot data patterns: Buildings data allow you to conduct analysis at the level of individual properties and spot patterns hidden in your own data.
Enable efficient processes: Bring in additional datasets using the UPRN or OS Identifier. Each building includes an OSID, a persistent identifier that allows you to cross reference to other tables. Each building can contain one or multiple addresses. Each address is referenced by the Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN), a persistent identifier, allowing you to manage addresses, and link to additional third party datasets, making your processes more efficient.
Enrich analysis: add context to existing datasets by linking building level data to customer records, service locations or asset registers.
Risk assessment: Assess perils, like flood, fire, structural vulnerability for insurance, emergency planning or climate resilience at building level using OS Buildings.
Asset management: track, maintain and optimise your property or asset registers using detailed building level intelligence.
