Expression data of microRNA from human stem cells from apical papilla
收藏资源简介:
Osteo/odontogenic differentiation is a key process of human stem cells from apical papilla (SCAP) in tooth root development. Emerging evidence indicates microRNAs (miRNAs) play diverse roles in osteogenesis. However, their functions in osteo/odontogenic differentiation of SCAP remain to be elucidated. We used miRNA microarray to analysis differentially expressed miRNAs in order to investigate the role of miRNAs in SCAP osteo/odontogenic differentiation and underlying mechanism. Stem cells from apical papilla of human immature third molar were selected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to obtain homogeneous stem cells from apical papilla (SCAP) at each osteogenic differentiation stage in order to increase the temporal resolution of expression profiles. To that end, we selected SCAP at two time-points: before osteogenic differentiation (c) and osteogenic differentiation for 7 days (k).Biological replicates: 3 control replicates (1c, 2c, 3c), 3 testing replicates (1k, 2k, 3k).
