This is a demo dataset to use as input images for the CellProfiler pipeline of CircaSCOPE. Images were retrieved with IncuCyte Zoom microscope (Essen BioScience). The images are arranged in directories as follows: YYMM/HH/Vessel/Well-Site-Channel.tif [YY - year, MM - month, HH - hour, Vessel - the vessel number, in this demo- 479 contains untreated control, and 480 contains 100nM Dexamethasone-treated cells Well - coordinates in 24-well plate Site - the field of view number inside each well, between 1-16 Channel - C1- green, C2- red, P- phase]
