High-resolution population grid of Italy (~30 m)

Open ~30 m gridded population dataset for Italy for the years 2020 and 2025. The dataset is produced by fusing the High Resolution Settlement Layer (HRSL) spatial pattern with WorldPop R2025A constrained population totals, projected with spatially explicit growth ratios. Grid size is approximately 60,000 x 80,000 pixels at ~30 m resolution. Files:- ita_pop_2025_30m.tif (estimated population 2025)- ita_pop_2020_30m.tif (population 2020)Format: GeoTIFF, EPSG:4326.
