In order to elucidate how vascular endothelial cells (ECs) respond to real microgravity, EA.hy926 ECs were cultured on board the SJ-10 Recoverable Scientific Satellite. Total RNA from exosomes collected from the supernatant of EA.hy926 cells cultured for 10 days in space and on ground were used for library preparation and sequencing using the Illumina HiSeq 3000/4000 platform.
