This dataset contains bulk RNA-seq profiles of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and MSC-derived adipocytes isolated from four healthy donors. Stromal cells were cocultured with the Nalm-6 B-ALL cell line and either left untreated or exposed for 72 hours to a chemotherapy cocktail consisting of dexamethasone, daunorubicin, and vincristine. The dataset captures treatment-induced transcriptional changes within the stromal compartment under leukemic co-culture conditions, enabling analysis of signalling pathways that may mediate microenvironment-driven chemoresistance in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
