Reproducibility materials for "Internal robustness and limited cross-cohort concordance of lncRNA signals in human osteoarthritic cartilage

This dataset contains processed analysis tables, sample and analysis manifests, figure source data, analysis scripts, software-environment records, and reproducibility-validation materials supporting the manuscript “Internal robustness and limited cross-cohort concordance of lncRNA signals in human osteoarthritic cartilage”. The study reanalysed publicly available human osteoarthritis cartilage RNA-sequencing datasets, using E-MTAB-7313 as the primary paired lesion-state cohort and E-MTAB-4304 and GSE114007 as external transcriptomic contrasts. No lncRNA met BH-FDR ≤ 0.05 in the primary analysis. A secondary internal robustness framework identified 18 V2_CORE nominal candidates, including 15 V2_HIGH_EFFECT candidates, which were subsequently assessed for directional concordance across the external datasets. This deposit includes processed result tables, frozen manifests, final analysis scripts, figure source data, software/session information, and a frozen two-run requantification validation branch. Raw FASTQ/SRA files, BAM files, reference genomes, and alignment/quantification indices are not redistributed because they remain available from the original public repositories or can be regenerated from public reference resources.
