The Non-Financial Information Disclosure Visual Representations Index (NFIVI) dataset is a comprehensive resource comprising metrics extracted from over 542,000 pages across 16,260 sustainability reports issued by Chinese listed companies from 2006 to 2025. The dataset quantifies visual communication strategies through 18 granular indicators across three dimensions (Text, Image, and Color) and introduces two novel indices: NFIVI_FC (Feature-Correlation Index) measuring stylistic consistency via Mahalanobis Distance, and NFIVI_EI (Information Entropy Index) assessing visual complexity based on color diversity. Organized at both page and report levels in accessible .xlsx format with accompanying Python calculation scripts, this dataset supports research into corporate sustainability reporting trends, visual rhetoric impact on stakeholder engagement, and the development of automated auditing tools for non-financial disclosures.
