对人才结构进行分析，主要包括待/已就业数量及占比、性别/年龄/来源地分析、人才分布等。对人才供需情况进行全面分析，分析人才、企业画像、岗位供需情况、求职人数等。This dataset supports two core analysis tasks: talent structure analysis and comprehensive talent supply and demand analysis. For talent structure analysis, it covers the quantity and proportion of job-seeking and employed talents, analyses of gender, age and geographic origin, as well as talent distribution patterns. For comprehensive talent supply and demand analysis, it includes talent-related indicators, corporate profiles, job supply and demand conditions, and the number of job seekers.
