This contains two datasets that support the manuscript referenced in the title K600 dataset contains the k600 values and hydrology parameters for the study sites. See sections 2.2-2.6 for more details on the methodology for each method. The columns are as follows: Date: YYYY-MM-DD Site: Denotes the site Raymond2: K600 calculated from Raymond eq 2 (m d-1) Raymond5: K600 calculated from Raymond eq 5 (m d-1) Natchimuthu: K600 calculated from Natchimuthu (m d-1) Ulseth: K600 calculated from Ulster (m d-1) Chamber: K600 calculated from the floating chamber (m d-1) CO2.MassBalance: K600 calculated from the CO2 tracer gas as a mass balance (m d-1) CO2.FirstOrder: K600 calculated from the CO2 tracer gas as a first order (m d-1) Propane.FirstOrder: K600 calculated from the propane tracer gas as a first order (m d-1) V: flow velocity (m s-1) Q: flow rate (L s-1) The fluxes dataset contains upscaled flux estimates for three different day for the entire study reach using 9 different methods. See section 2.7 and SI Text 2 for detailed info. All flux units are mol CO2 d-2.
