Replication Data for: Controlled human malaria infection in adults identify combinations of merozoite antigens associated with clinical immunity

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: \"Controlled human malaria infection in adults identify combinations of merozoite antigens associated with clinical immunity .\" We used a previously developed a custom protein microarray with >70 merozoite antigens to screen serum samples from controlled human malaria infection study. We the use different analytical approached to identify antigens associated with clinical immunity to falciparum malaria. these findings suggest antigens important for further study.
