Sustainable enhancing oil recovery through ecological adaptation and multifunctionality of microbes

To clarify the mechanism of B. velezensis B6 adaptation to a hypoxic environment, RNA-seq was performed. It showed that a total of 2294 genes were significantly differentially expressed under a hypoxic environment, including 1437 up-regulated genes and 857 down-regulated genes, accounting for 60.02% of the total genes.
