ICR小鼠

又称Swiss Hanschka为美国Hanschka研究所饲养的瑞士种小鼠，后由美国肿瘤研究协会分送各地，取名ICR。ICR小鼠是国际认可的封闭群小鼠，繁殖力强，毛色白化，适应性强，繁殖力强，1978年北京天坛西里2号（原卫生部药品生物检定所旧址）引入，现由国家啮齿类实验动物资源库（原国家啮齿类实验动物种子中心）保存，广泛应用于药理、毒理、肿瘤、放射性、食品、生物制品等的科研、生产和教学。Also known as Swiss Hanschka, this Swiss-origin mouse colony was bred at the Hanschka Institute in the United States, and was subsequently distributed to various regions by the American Association for Cancer Research, after which it was named ICR. ICR mice are internationally recognized outbred mouse stocks, featuring high fecundity, albino coat, and strong adaptability. This strain was introduced in 1978 by the former National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products, located at No. 2 West Tiantan Street, Beijing, and is currently maintained by the National Rodent Laboratory Animal Resource Bank (formerly the National Rodent Laboratory Animal Seed Center). It is widely used in scientific research, production and education in the fields of pharmacology, toxicology, oncology, radiology, food science and biological products.
