Dataset of Bed Material Particle-Size Distribution and Physical Properties in Matai'an Creek

This report publishes the sampling records and laboratory physical property test data of the bed material in Matai'an Creek. The dataset includes spatial coordinates, sampling times, on-site images, and the results of sieve analysis and hydrometer tests (down to the clay grade) for multiple physical samples. This open-source data published under the Matai'an Open Science And Engineering Sharing (MOSES) Initiative as Report 001 aims to provide the data to estimate bed boundary conditions and initial physical parameters for the geomorphic evolution, alluvial fan sediment transport, and dam breach numerical simulations of Matai'an Creek.
