Juncus medicinal SNP marker identification

In this study, we sequenced and analyzed the two complete plastid genomes of representa-tive Juncus species to investigate their structural characteristics, phylogenetic placement, SNP marker and potential as a genomic resource. Our findings provide new insights into plastome evolution within Juncaceae and contribute to resolving long-standing systematic uncertainties in Juncus.
