Transcriptome data

Transcriptome sequencing was performed on maize kernels harvested at 6, 10, 14, 18, 21, and 24 days post-pollination under two treatment conditions: pollination and pollination inhibition. The pollination-inhibited treatment also underwent corresponding transcriptome sequencing. This study aimed to investigate transcriptional differences leading to premature senescence under both treatment conditions.
