RNA Sequencing of Mouse Trophoblast Stem Cells

RNA-seq data included in this study to total sample sizes of n = 3 for TS cells. Mouse TS cell data were generated in our laboratory.Mouse TS cells were maintained in feeder-free stem conditions11. TS cells were cultured for 48 hours, and total RNA was extracted using TRI reagent (Millipore-Sigma, St. Louis, MO, USA). 500 ng of total RNA from each sample (RIN value >9) was used for the sequencing library preparation using a TruSeq Stranded mRNA kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA). The cDNA libraries were evaluated for quality at the KUMC Genomics Core and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq X sequencer at Novogene Corporation (Sacramento, CA, USA).
