KRAS-G12D drives immunosuppression in lung adenocarcinoma through paracrine signaling

Here, we sought to understand the KRAS-G12D-dependent changes occuring in the tumor and the tumor microenvironment within the lung. Overall design: We harvested the right inferior lobe of lungs from male and female mice in the ON (21 weeks) and OFF (21 weeks ON, 1 week OFF) groups for single cell RNA sequencing.
