Online Appendices for \"Measures and votes: Party performance under free list proportional representation with evidence from Ecuador\"

Online Appendix 1 is a replication file. It includes the district-level replications at the foundation of these analyses. Specifically, it provides results using all possible methods for each party, in each district, for each election. We do not report any of these results in the paper. Online Appendix 2 serves as a replication file of national aggregations of party support using each method. Table 3 reports a subset of these results (i.e. the important parties). Online Appendix 3 is one of our two key contributions to the public domain: it reports national-level results using only the preferred method of aggregation for each election. It also includes other basic information, such as district magnitude and seats. Online Appendix 4 is our second key contribution to the public domain. It contains district-level results using only the preferred method of aggregation for each election. These results can be used at the district level, or aggregated up to the national level without any adjustments. The latter point is important, and distinguishes our results from all other known sources of district-level data about Ecuador for these elections. When aggregated nationally, these data will reproduce the national-level results of Online Appendix 3.
