A n interventional, observational, longitudinal mixed method study was conducted on Phase I medical students to foster growth mindset as well as feedback seeking behavior, self efficacy and consistency in attending informal online formative assignments. Standardized pre tested questionnaire was used in the study. Pre and post intervention scores were collected and compared by suitable statistical analysis to understand the impact of meta cognitive intervention.
