本数据集面向教育大模型研发团队、证券公司及金融培训机构，旨在解决证券从业资格考试备考中法规理解困难、实务应用能力不足等痛点。基于证券从业资格考试大纲，将历年真题转化为思维链推理样本，系统覆盖证券市场法规、金融基础与风险管理等知识域，聚焦证券发行、交易、资产管理和投资者适当性等核心业务环节。

通过思维链训练，可提升模型在法规解读、业务合规判断、市场分析及风险管理推理等方面的专业能力。与传统题库不同，本数据集将每道合规类题目涉及的法规层级、适用条款与具体业务场景的对应关系以思维链形式显式呈现。

This dataset is targeted at educational large language model (LLM) R&D teams, securities firms and financial training institutions, aiming to address the pain points such as difficulties in understanding regulations and insufficient practical application capabilities during the preparation for the Securities Practitioner Qualification Examination. Based on the syllabus of the Securities Practitioner Qualification Examination, this dataset converts past official examination questions into chain-of-thought (CoT) reasoning samples, systematically covering knowledge domains including securities market regulations, financial fundamentals and risk management, and focusing on core business links such as securities issuance, trading, asset management and investor suitability. Training models on this dataset using chain-of-thought paradigms can enhance their professional competencies in regulatory interpretation, business compliance judgment, market analysis and risk management reasoning. Unlike traditional question banks, this dataset explicitly presents the corresponding relationships between the regulatory hierarchy, applicable provisions and specific business scenarios involved in each compliance-related question in the form of chain-of-thought reasoning samples.
