Cepba dependent gene expression in hematopoietic progenitors from mice treated with interleukin-1

We analyzed gene expression in Cebpa+/+ or CebpaΔ/Δ multipotent progenitors (MPP3) from mice treated with or without interleukin-1-beta. We competitively transplanted sorted hematopoeitic progenitor cells from donor Cebpa+/+ or CebpaΔ/Δ mice with C57BL/6 (CD45.2) competitor bone marrow into congenic Boy/J recipient mice. We isolated both donor and competitor-derived multipotent progenitors (MPP3) from recipient mice. Recipient mice were treated +/- interleukin-1-beta for 20 days, MPP3 sorted, RNA isolated, and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) performed.
