In this study, p-nitrophenol was used as an object to domesticate a nitrified sludge with tolerance to its toxicity, and compared with ordinary nitrified sludge.Compare the change of nitrification rate and the removal rate of PNP after adding different concentrations of PNP.Microbial community analysis through high-throughput sequencing was carried out.
