The uploaded data are about the role of serglycin in the tumor microenvironment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Specifically, the function of serglycin-induced cytokines and exosomes in tumor progression of esophageal cancer was demonstrated with these data. The data were collected from Western blot analysis, quantitive polymerase chain reactions, immunohistochemical staining of xenograft sections or human tissue microarray, cell viability assays, transwell migration and invasion assays, tumor xenografts, cytokine and growth factor arrays, co-immunoprecipitation assays, RNA-sequencing and mass spectrometry.
