The goal of this study is to investigate the molecular mechanisms and immune microenvironment remodeling effects of a novel spatiotemporally programmed nanomedicine in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). We utilized murine 4T1 TNBC models to evaluate therapeutic efficacy. Tumor tissues were collected from mice treated with saline (control) or the nanomedicine R-Gem@Cel-PV. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to RNA sequencing (RNA-seq).
