Small RNA expression profiling data from urinary exosome of Rats before and after diabetes

This study applied a miRNA next generation sequencing was performed using diabetic rats versus controls. For sequencing, equal amounts of urinary exosomal RNA were pooled from 3 rats at two-time points (before diabetes induction and at the 9th week post-diabetes induction).
