This dataset contains the X,Y coordinates of each mRNA spot detected via in situ sequencing for five different human pancreatic samples (preprocessing performed by Cartana). We include a metadata table specifying the sex and age of the donor and the pancreas location of the tissue. We also include a list of the genes targeted in these experiments. Lastly, we include nuclear staining (DAPI) images of the five samples.<br>
