Murine models of pancreatic cancer: KPC

We harvested and sequenced the spontaneous pancreatic tumor generated by a 6-month-old KPC mouse (KrasLSL-G12D; Trp53LSL-R172H; Ptf1a-Cre). This 10X Genomics single-cell RNA sequencing repository includes raw and processed data files from a pancreatic KPC tumor. Single-cell cDNA libraries were prepared and sequenced at the University of Michigan Advanced Genomics Core using the 10x Genomics platform. The sample was run using paired-end 50 cycle reads on NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina) to a depth of 100,000 reads. Alignment was performed by the University of Michigan Advanced Genomics Core. Parameters include Cell Ranger version 3.1.0 (default settings), initial expected cell count of 10,000.
